Goodland is a Canadian line of hand-built, wood fired hot tubs. The founders approached me to help craft copy for their website that effectively introduce their brand into the world. The Goodland ethos celebrates the long-established ritual of bathing culture, spending time in nature, and encourages a slower way of life whenever possible. It was important to the client that this narrative was reflected in their tone of voice, across all aspects of the brand.
I crafted copy to tell their story and describe their concept in a thoughtful and engaging way. I also interviewed renowned Canadian designer Thome Fougere, who collaborated on some products for them, for a piece that was featured on Goodland’s online Journal. Since its launch, Goodland has been featured in several publications, including Wall Street Journal, Elle Décor and Dwell.
